To ensure the correct fonts are carried through to the print process, use PDF with fonts embedded. Using the high quality pdf setting will check that the basics such as font inclusion are correct. This offers the best option and is a good way to combine all the elements and imports which have been used. Where fonts are used in EPS files, converting them to outlines is a good idea.
