Pre-press - converting your files for printing

Many years of experience in print and pre-press enable us to be both efficient and skilled at converting the various formats of digital files into consistent print ready plates.

Our studio works closely with the print team to ensure a smooth workflow using the latest software and Computer-to-Plate systems. PDF files are processed seamlessly, along with colour separation and imposition of multi page documents. Trapping and creep are also handled at this stage. Prior to print, a colour proof is created using the same processed files which will be sent to the printing plate. Direct-to-Plate technology is used for all our print requirements, however, we still provide film output services for trade customers such as screen printers, engravers and other specialists.
