Chemistry-free plate processing

In May 2011 Delta made the move to chemistry-free plate processing.

The use of Agfa Azura V plates and the addition of a new clean-out unit (COU) means it is no longer necessary to use developer. This results in a dramatic reduction in waste disposal and apart from maintenance cleaning, water usage is eliminated.

Chemistry-free operation helps to minimise our environmental impact and creates a better working environment for operators as the cleaning process is simplified.
